WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. — A West Palm Seashore yoga instructor celebrated a milestone this weekend: 5 years of internet hosting neighborhood yoga.
Maki Criscaut teaches the free yoga course each Sunday at 9:30 a.m. on the Grandview Public Market.

She began internet hosting there half a decade in the past, and thru the pandemic, rain or shine, she’s saved up along with her educating.
5 years later, she instructed WPTV, she feels grateful for the help.
“It has been such an exquisite neighborhood, coming collectively each Sunday,” she stated. “Virtually everyone that’s right here at this time has been working towards with me for some time. Sundays have grow to be household day, however it’s the yoga household day. We normally keep and have breakfast collectively, a bunch of us, and I am very grateful.”
